Dear Journalists,
  Attorney Patricia Andrade visited Washington, D.C. the week of June 20, 2011 and contacted several members of U.S. Congress to denounce Hugo Chavez’s political prisoners.  Ms. Andrade presented the cases of political prisoners who are severely ill, some with cancer, and other illnesses who need to be released from prison. Ms. Andrade explained that Hugo Chavez tortures physically and psychologically as presented to the United Nations Universal Council of Human Rights on March 15, 2011 and published in the attached link.
