Venezuelan civilians are concerned about the increased chaos ruling the nation. Editorial from questions the current chaos as a plot from Hugo Chavez:

The UCV campus violence looks as caused by a small “financed” group of thugs crashing university activities to block students from learning.

Ambassador Adolfo Taylhardat commented on the CELAC conference that took place in Caracas the first week of December 2011 which turned out to be just another Hugo Chavez’s whim throwing money away:

While the CELAC conference was taken place which is an opposition website with documents, videos and photographs reporting Hugo Chavez’s wrong doings was hacked. The website was restored and went back online.

Venezuelans need help from world leaders, and the International Court of Justice, to resolve abuse of power in Venezuela and restore democracy.
