While the CELAC conference was taken place www.urru.org which is an opposition website with documents, videos and photographs reporting Hugo Chavez’s wrong doings was hacked. The website was restored and went back online.
Venezuelans need help from world leaders, and the International Court of Justice, to resolve abuse of power in Venezuela and restore democracy.
