Back to ground zero

Dear Journalists,
I am still very upset about Hugo Chavez “winning” the presidential election.  While it is a matter of fact that the infamous leader allegedly cheated in previous elections,  I have been told by Venezuelan citizens that he does have support among the uneducated crowds, and creeps.
Ambassador Otto Reich: What Happened in Venezuela?

Ambassador Adolfo Taylhardat:  Que  Pasó?

There are reports of anarchy among sociopath civilians wreaking havoc and civil disobedience.
The most appalling are the recent reports of allegedly Chinese individuals killing dogs in Venezuela for food.  The massacre has extended to Fuerte Tiuna a military facility in Caracas  as Twitted by Journalist and Editor Miguel H. Otero, and movie star Maria Conchita Alonso:
The International Court of Justice, busy at it is, should make time to prosecute Hugo Chavez for fraud if the alleged algorithms and open violation of the vote are true.
Venezuelans need help from world leaders, and the International Court of Justice, to resolve abuse of power in Venezuela and restore democracy.
Cordially,
Maru Angarita
