Trying to take a few days off from the political disaster in Venezuela is just next to impossible. Venezuelans constantly write asking for help denouncing abuses from infamous Chavez including huge corruption, megalomaniac attitudes, abuse against the environment and human rights, violence, etc. My question is when are the international organizations take corrective action against Chavez and thugs? Do they still believe that Chavez was elected legally and democratically? Are the international organizations unable to understand what is happening in Venezuela?
Serious journalists including The Washington Post have written editorials explaining exactly the current situation in Venezuela. So, what is keeping international organizations to act and help Venezuelans? I add my name to the huge list of people that reject former President Jimmy Carter, and some of officials from the Organization of American States who try to get involved in this situation (most likely for their own financial benefit), and just give up and end supporting Chavez.
That said, please read attached article "Referendo rechazatorio" written by Ambassador Adolfo Taylhardat where he urges citizens to understand the circumstances surrounding the upcoming vote for Chavez to earn more time as president and vote NO:
I just would like to make people aware of issues that need to be taken care of to improve and enhance our lives
