Can Hugo Chavez be convicted?

Dear Journalists,
As Hugo Chavez’s alleged narco judge arrived in Washington, D.C. April 17, 2012 on a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) aircraft with boxes of evidence linking narcotics trafficking in Chavez’s administration can the infamous leader be convicted this time?
Former U.S. Ambassador Otto Reich elaborated on this subject in his article The judge who can convict Chávez:
EL NUEVO HERALD – Ex magistrado venezolano implica a militares y funcionarios en narcotráfico

Venezuelan’s hope was high for international intervention after Interpol obtained FARC computer files in 2008.  However, nothing happened in Venezuela, and Hugo Chavez kept his immunity:
US calls computer files linking Chavez to FARC authentic: report

The articles from 2008 seem to be all in archives, but my blog postings are available:

Can Venezuelans be freed from abuse of power with the evidence provided by the alleged narco judge?  Please remember that the detrimental information released by Walid Makled in Colombia could not be prosecuted by the United States since Makled was extradited to Venezuela:
Venezuelan 'drug lord' Walid Makled goes on trial
Ambassador Adolfo Taylhardat wrote about the failure of the Summit of the Americas in Cartagena, Colombia:

Venezuelans have hope that the opposition candidate Henrique Capriles Radonski will be the new president, but worry about Hugo Chavez’s algorithms manipulating the results of the election. The International Court of Justice, busy at it is, should make time to prosecute Hugo Chavez for fraud if the alleged algorithms and open violation of the vote are true.
Venezuelans need help from world leaders, and the International Court of Justice, to resolve abuse of power in Venezuela and restore democracy.

The killing of elephants

The killing of elephants should be an international crime.  The World Wildlife Fund should remove King Juan Carlos of Spain as an honorary president.  I am outraged that the King, who I adored after he asked infamous Hugo Chavez to shut up, has lost all my respect and perhaps the respect of those who may be of importance to him after the outrageous hunt of innocent elephants.
What I detest about royalty is that it seems they all hunt for fun!  This horrendous practice should be stopped, and eradicated by the new princes, and princesses who make take over ruling.  The press has reported that the King allegedly went to Botswana on an organized safari prepared by a princess who earns money killing innocent animals as reported by www.elconfidencial.com on April 15, 2012.
Further, King Juan Carlos seems to be the promoter of bullfights.  He is regularly photographed with his family at bullfights as glamorously reported by www.hola.com.  As I understand, many people including myself write regularly to the King to stop bullfights.  It is of utmost importance that the international organizations protecting wildlife take action to stop this organized crime.

Upcoming narco havoc

Dear Journalists,
SHAME on King Juan Carlos of Spain for killing innocent elephants
Former U.S. Ambassador Roger Noriega reported that “according to my sources inside the presidential palace, Minister of Defense Gen. Henry Rangel Silva has developed a plan to impose martial law if Chávez’s deteriorating condition causes any hint of instability.”  Amb. Noriega further explains that “Gen. Rangel Silva, Army Gen. Cliver Alcalá, retired intelligence chief Gen. Hugo Carvajal, and half a dozen other senior officers who have been branded drugkingpins” by the U.S. government.”

U.S. Ambassador Otto Reich explains further complications in the following television interview:

In the meantime, Hugo Chavez continues to ship oil to Bashar al-Assad in Syria
Venezuelans have hope that the opposition candidate Henrique Capriles Radonski will be the new president, but worry about Hugo Chavez’s algorithms manipulating the results of the election. The International Court of Justice, busy at it is, should make time to prosecute Hugo Chavez for fraud if the alleged algorithms and open violation of the vote are true.
