Chavez continues expropriating international corporations based in Venezuela. This week was Owens Illinois’ turn. The conditions of Lake Maracaibo, Rio Guaire, and other outrageous evidence of environmental government neglect have been obvious in Venezuela.

Venezuelans need the aid from the International Court of Justice, and world leaders, to resolve abuse of power in Venezuela and restore democracy.
