According to this article and the current mental health of Venezuelans worried about their future gives credibility that Chavez is allegedly bipolar. There have been, and there are megalomaniac leaders in this world, but isn't this against all international laws?
Maybe Chavez wants to be like Saparmurat Niyazov, the former leader of Turkmenistan. So, Chavez adores Fidel Castro, but in reality seems to want to rule like Niyazov. Just imagine Venezuelans may be ruled by a combination of Castro and Niyazov.

This week the wife or Chavez's political prisoner Ivan Simonovis is pleading asking to have her husband moved to a medical facility to receive urgent medical care.
