Venezuela's Political Disaster - February 14, 2009

Dear Journalists,

Happy Valentine's Day!

CNN reports that Chavez has kicked out of the country an European observer because had referred to Chavez as a dictator! Obviously the truth hurts! What is amazing is that Venezuelans are forced again to go and vote tomorrow February 15 for the same issue that they had voted against on December 2, 2007, and where Chavez was defeated. Nevertheless, the infamous Chavez had to run the same question again! It seems that the deranged leader does not understand that NO means NO!

Please read the archives on my blog for December 2, 2007.

Venezuela ousts EU politician for insulting Chavez

Eurodiputado denuncia que sufrió situación "parecida a un secuestro"

Venezuelan government evicts Spanish deputy at the request of electoral body

Ambassador Adolfo Taylhardat wrote on his opinion column the following article commenting on Chavez's campaign promoting his "good government."

La "teoría" del buen gobierno

In the meantime, Venezuelans are e-mailing lots of warnings about where Chavez could cheat in the ballots. But, the spirit is up and there is a lot of hope that the infamous Chavez will be defeated again, and this time for good!

Manifest from the Venezuelan Opposition

Dear Journalists,

Venezuelan opposition against Hugo Chavez has issued a manifest stating the reasons why the infamous leader wants to be re-elected for life. This document written in Spanish summarizes the current abuse of power that is taking place in Venezuela:

City Violence

Update 2:

“La Piedrita” planta cara a Hugo Chávez

After reading the above article with the response from La Piedrita to Chavez it sounds similar to what Chavez says all the time in his speeches to the nation full of hatred. Humm, as Clark Kent is really Superman; thus, as a Logic professor would say if Clark Kent is Superman is Chavez La Piedrita?

Update 1:
Seven police officers were detained as possible responsibles for the attacks against the Synagogue in Caracas:

Detienen a 7 policías (PM, CICPC y PoliCaracas) por el ataque a la Sinagoga

A grenade was thrown inside the Accion Democratica offices this morning.

Arrojan granada a sede de Acción Democrática

This was following another bomb inside the Church of San Jose de Chacao earlier this morning:

Artefacto explosivo detonó en la madrugada en la Iglesia San José de Chacao

It seems that Chavez's thugs are starting to feel the losing streak. So, what are they going to do after Chavez loses his abusive power? Go underground like the guerrillas of the 1950 and 60s, or build tunnels like Hamas?
