Another Major Flood in Caracas

Revised

Dear Journalists,

The city of Caracas has been flooded today by torrential rains. The situation is similar to several months ago. Sadly, Hugo Chavez seems not to be spending any money to improve the quality of life of Venezuelans:

Perhaps the press can remind Chavez what are his responsibilities as a leader of a nation. Chavez allegedly cares more about ousted president Zelaya, and providing expensive gifts to Bolivia, Cuba, Ecuador, Nicaragua among a group of those who support him while neglecting Venezuelan citizens!

Los venezolanos no se sienten representados por un patán.

In other matters, Mexican cartoon in Spanish about infamous Zelaya:

Rollercoaster

Ambassador Adolfo Taylhardat explained on his biweekly opinion column "Montaña Rusa" (rollercoaster) Chavez's relationship with Colombia, and highlights issues that must be considered to understand the moves of the infamous leader:

While Chavez donates expensive gifts to Honduras and Bolivia including several tractors for agriculture, and dozens security vehicles respectively. Venezuelans are totally neglected as explained in the attached blog reporting about the poorest of the poor in the neglected nation:
