Lawless illegitimate BIG TIME CROOKS

Dear Journalists,
In case you missed it, the news about the corrupt situation in Venezuela seems way out-of-control, and must be denounced to help Venezuelans restore democracy:

The following open letter to Diosdado Cabello Congress Speaker is widely circulating the Internet:

Ambassador Adolfo Taylhardat wrote in his opinion column about international organizations paying attention to the fraudulent elections that put illegitimate Maduro as leader:
The International Court of Justice, busy at it is, should make time to prosecute Hugo Chavez’s thugs who survived him for abuse of power, fraud, and more fraud if the alleged algorithms and open violation of the vote are true.

Fraud evidence and Americans jailed

Correction:  One American is jailed in Venezuela. Jacobo Supelano is a Venezuelan citizen.
Dear Journalists,
As several experts and bloggers have been reporting since 2004 Hugo Chavez’s has allegedly cheated big time in election fraud. Finally, former Organization of American States U.S. Ambassador Roger Noriega investigated and has presented the report as shown below in English y español:
Venezuela’s ‘Cubanochavista’ electoral machine

Same version reposted on a blog:
A Venezuelan citizen in the United States has reported on television the open fraud which includes over 100,000 dead citizens who allegedly voted, and other manipulations:
Self-proclaimed Nicolas Maduro is an illegitimate president who allegedly used votes manipulation to remain in power.
Venezuela Awareness reports that there are two American citizens jailed in Venezuela as political prisoners Timothy Tracy and Jacobo Supelano:

ELECTION FRAUD: World Leaders Must Stop Supporting Thugs

Dear Journalists,
Venezuelans are hostages of alleged criminals who have taken control of the nation lead by Fidel and Raul Castro, and a small group of quiet individuals holding all the money.
A letter signed by numerous victims of the Hugo Chavez regime was sent to Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos urging him not to recognize Nicolas Maduro as president since there are many conflicting reports about the legality of his self-proclamation as president. Juan Manuel Santos seems to be the only not corrupted leader who has accepted the results of the elections. Venezuelans has had enough of the abuse of power, and it was reflected in the results of the election, and the infamous Nacional Electoral Council (http://www.cne.gov.ve) must comply with an audit.
http://www.eluniversal.com/nacional-y-politica/130428/electoral-body-denies-audit-under-the-terms-requested-by-dissenters
Associated Press wrote as published in the Washington Post dated April 26, 2013 that for the government (Maduro), jailing Capriles while he’s seeking resolution in the court system could bring international condemnation and drive more people into the opposition camp.
In the meantime, Maduro is abusing power by threatening and jailing individuals and flying to Cuba to meet with the Castros. The following video is of an unarmed student who was shot in his stomach by a police officer:
Ambassador Adolfo Taylhardat comments about the election fraud in this opinion article:

Nicolas Maduro the ILLEGITIMATE SELF-PROCRAIMED …

Dear Journalists,
In memory of the victims of the Boston Marathon
It seems that Nicolas Maduro, the current president in charge, got very used to break the law, manipulate, and distribute disinformation all these actions to remain in power.
In international law only countries are recognized, not governments.
The infamous Maduro imitating Hugo Chavez’s strategy blames wrong doings to others. That is, Venezuelans just suffered a Coup d’Etat following Maduro’s claiming that he won the elections when he did not. The illegitimate being reports that the opposition plans a Coup d’Etat by demanding a recount of the votes. There were many irregularities reported in the vote process conducted by Chavistas.
At this time Venezuelan citizens are convinced that Maduro reportedly did not win the presidential elections. Henrique Capriles Radonsky won the election.
The electoral agency http://cne.gob.ve/ seems to be blocking to those outside Venezuela access the results.
Further, there are reports of clandestine polling stations where those with inappropriate identification voted.
Opposition leaders Henrique Capriles Radonski and Leopoldo Lopez are claiming harassments by Chavistas.
The Rayma carton dated April 16, 2013 shows an accurate situation:
The evening of April 15, 2013 citizens protested against Nicolas Maduro usurpation of power:

The closing of the electoral campaign in Venezuela

Dear Journalists,
Infamous Nicolas Maduro, president in charge and hand-picked successor of Hugo Chavez, and opposition candidate Henrique Capriles Radonsky are having this evening the last campaign calls before the elections to take place on April 14, 2013.
There are threats of law suits, and will to send Nicolas Maduro to the International Criminal Court at the Hague.

In the meantime prayers go to Henrique Capriles Radonsky to restore democracy in Venezuela:

Coercive and challenged Maduro

Updated:

The following link is to CNN's Spanish  interview to Ambassador Otto Reich:
http://www.noticias24.com/venezuela/noticia/157074/otto-reich-nego-estar-vinculado-a-un-plan-para-atentar-en-contra-de-capriles-es-una-cortina-de-humo/

Dear Journalists,
In case you missed it, infamous Nicolas Maduro, acting leader of Venezuela, accused the United States of America of plotting to kill Venezuela’s opposition candidate for president. Most likely in order to achieve disinformation Maduro said that “I’m addressing President Obama and Roger Noriega and Otto Reich, Pentagon officials and the CIA. They are behind a plan to kill the presidential candidate of the Venezuelan right wing, to create chaos in Venezuela”.
http://www.americas-forum.com/anti-us-accusations-in-venezuela-seen-as-campaign-rhetoric/
Perhaps, Maduro wants to kill opposition leader Henrique Capriles Radonski and blame the CIA, and others as he mentioned. While ridiculous and mentally challenged Maduro’s statement has threatened the life of his much more qualified opponent.  Ambassador Reich explained that “Incidentally, alleged victim Capriles has stated that if something does happen to him he holds Maduro responsible, no one else”.
http://www.americas-forum.com/otto-reich-rebutting-maduros-malicious-allegations/
Former U.S. Ambassador Otto Reich responded to Maduro rebutted Maduro’s malicious allegations
It seems that Maduro and his staff are desperate trying to lead allegedly guided by the Castros, and keeping all the money that Hugo Chavez left to the few.
Ambassador Adolto Taylhardat commented on the abuse of power, and strange funeral arrangements for Hugo Chavez.

Regalo de verdad para los venezolanos

Este es articulo de opinion escrito por Yon Goicoechea que vale la pena circular ampliamente, especialmente entre aquellos que no llegan a ver la verdad:

YON GOICOECHEA| EL UNIVERSAL
http://www.eluniversal.com/opinion/130319/que-tanto-hizo-chavez

Embalmed or Not?

Dear Journalists,
In memory of Simón Alberto Consalvi 1927-2013
The secrecy and alleged farce surrounding Hugo Chavez’s death has prompted a request for an official investigation to verify the date of his death. Private organization Junta Patriótica de
Cumplimiento de la Constitución requested
Venezuela’s State Attorney’s office to initiate an investigation to verify the correct date of Hugo Chavez’s death.
Venezuela’s respectable Journalist Nelson Bocaranda who seems to have access to inside information explained in his column that an empty coffin was sent out to the crowds while the funerary staff applied make-up and other preparations for Hugo Chavez’s body to go on display. http://runrun.es/runrunes/65140/runrunes-el-universal-12-03-2013.html
Mr. Bocaranda  has also stated that the infamous leader died in March 5, 2013. However, there are reports as previously posted on this blog that Hugo Chavez may have been brain dead since December 30, 2012. So, who signed all the documents that were displayed by his officials. Hugo Chavez was never sworn in as president nor were his infamous officials.
Former Organization of American States (O.A.S.) Panama’s Ambassador Guillermo Cochez denounced that Hugo Chavez has been brain dead since December 30, 2012 (http://www.ntn24.com/node/81079/).
Personally, I do not believe official reports by Chavistas, and have many questions related to Hugo Chavez’ death, the timing, why his closes allies were not able to see him (i.e. Evo Morales)?, why the disinformation to his adoring crowd?
Chavez to Be Embalmed: How Does That Work?
The International Court of Justice, busy at it is, should make time to prosecute Hugo Chavez’s thugs who survived him for abuse of power, fraud, and more fraud if the alleged algorithms and open violation of the vote are true.
Venezuelans need help from world leaders, and the International Court of Justice, to resolve abuse of power in Venezuela and restore democracy.

Dysfunctional Socialism

Dear Journalists,
I was just astonished seeing the attendees at Hugo Chavez’s funeral. Outside of Venezuela’s neighboring countries’ leaders, there were infamous world leaders like Iran’s Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, and profane Raul Castro from Cuba. The United States delegation was formed by Rev. Jesse Jackson, former U.S. Congressman William Delahunt, and others that may had received free money from Hugo Chavez. Also, attending were some of the heart loving Chavistas who had been seen in Washington, D.C. on expensive business trips that regular Venezuelan citizens cannot afford.
Further, out of Hugo Chavez’s four children only two attended the ceremony. The rumors say that one of his daughters did not agree with the ceremony’s arrangements, and did not go to the funeral. Who knows what happened!
Question to the journalists who attended the ceremony was Hugo Chavez already embalmed? Another rumor is that Hugo Chavez died in Cuba on December 30, and what was brought back to Venezuela was his already embalmed body. So, the death announcement was a farce. Who knows what happened!
The coffin that Chavistas cried and mourned carrying from the Military Hospital to the Military Academy was reported empty. A different coffin with the dictator’s body was at the Military Academy.
There are reports that Hugo Chavez amassed during his time in office two billion dollars.
As you may know, Venezuelan citizens suffer strict foreign exchange rules while the Chavistas travel and have access to foreign trade (Comisión de Administración de Divisas  http://www.cadivi.gob.ve/)
France24 reported mostly siding with Hugo Chavez. That is with the exception of the live broadcast during the funeral where two experts from each side discussed Hugo Chavez’s domestic violence, anti-semitism, and other infamous issues. Since France is a socialist government  some French citizens  think that Venezuela is also socialist. However, what exists in Venezuela is a dysfunctional socialism where a minority are loaded with money, and the upper and middle class’ quality of life has been reduced. This includes shortages of basic foods, and other products.
http://www.americas-forum.com/otto-reich-in-venezuela-plenty-of-oil-not-enough-food-wall-street-journal/
The worst situation is the violation of the Constitution as denounced by opposition candidate Henrique Capriles Radonski as reported on my previous blog posting titled FRAUD.
Henrique Capriles Radonski, Governor of Miranda State, has denounced fraud by Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ) (supreme court) on live television following Hugo Chavez’s funeral.http://globovision.com/articulo/capriles-radonski-hoy-me-siento-obligado-a-hablarle-al-pais
