Disgusted by the ongoing corruption and abuse of power in Venezuela conducted by Hugo Chavez and his administration, perhaps the best solution to the ill-fated nation is to boost morale for all civilians who seem to have lost all sense of value and quality of life. Civilians are surrounded by abusive government officials who seek the worst instead of helping the nation to improve.

The Inter-American Court of Human Rights ruled in favor of ex-Mayor Leopoldo Lopez who is blocked from running from office after Hugo Chavez’s announcement. The following is interview conducted by El Universal to ex-Mayor Leopoldo Lopez on this date.
