Disgusted by the ongoing corruption and abuse of power in Venezuela conducted by Hugo Chavez and his administration, perhaps the best solution to the ill-fated nation is to boost morale for all civilians who seem to have lost all sense of value and quality of life. Civilians are surrounded by abusive government officials who seek the worst instead of helping the nation to improve.
