You may recall that in August 2007 a scandal broke after a Venezuelan allegedly traveling with Chavez's officials was caught with a brief case filled with US$800,000 in Argentina. (Please read my blog postings on that subject doing a search for $800,000). Today, Alexander Boyd of www.vcrisis.com and the new Diario Hispano Venezolano http://www.diariocritico.com/venezuela/ report a new situation with another US$800,000 case involving a Venezuelan military aircraft in Bolivia:
For the last few days the situation in Venezuela has been very tense. Chavez's police attacked a journalist from Globovision and another one from Televen. Journalists of the group de "Periodistas Unidos por la Libertad de Expresión" delivered a document to the main police station complaining about the attack against journalists doing their job:
http://daniel-venezuela.blogspot.com/ Venezuela Is Not Florida By Mark Weisbrot t r u t h o u t Perspective http://www.truthout.org/docs_2006/120507H.shtml Please know that perhaps Mark Weisbrot does not have loved ones living in Venezuela suffering daily mental abuse, and lack of food from alleged sociopath Chavez. It may be very easy for personal relations staff working for Chavez to be happy especially after the infamous leader is allegedly paying them what ever amounts of money while restricting regular Venezuelan citizens the purchase of foreign currency and other goods as reported by El Universal:
Exchange board suspends dollar quota to 5,000 people
Please know, as I have repeated numerous times, Chavez is a major embarrassment to Venezuelans. His behavior yesterday in front of the cameras insulting every one and the joke of international community is just overwhelming for Venezuelans who have had it with a deranged leader inventing daily whims:
Es de suma importancia que todos los venezolanos esten conscientes que supuestamente Chavez esta sufriendo una crisis mental tipica 1,negando, 2. furia, 3. depresion, 4. negociacion y 5. aceptacion reaccionando a la victoria del voto NO negando sus planes autocratas.
Lamentablemente, Chavez se desahoga, inventa y angustia a los venezolanos sin cesar con sus frequentes declaraciones. No es justo que la poblacion tenga que sufrir este tipo de abuso.
Profane Chavez and thugs seem to be going through the "cycle of acceptance" 1. Denial, 2. Anger, 3. Depression, 4. Bargaining and 5. Acceptance as most of us learnt in Psych 101, and . "Examples of pathological behavior are prolonged vicious arguments, verbal attacks, verbal abuse, physical abuse, and substance abuse. Pathological means behavior that is habitual, maladaptive, and compulsive." Venezuelans need to understand how the infamous Chavez is reacting to the news that the Vote NO won against his pathetic plans for autocracy in the abused nation.
Since the announcement of the Referendum election results rumors are the infamous Chavez had an "outburst of rage" punching the wall and injuring his right hand as shown on my previous posting.
Chavez's Speaker of the House is suggesting to use the "Ley Habilitante" to approve certain laws suggested in the Referendum which were voted against by the majority.
Those close to Chavez have informed that the infamous leader threw a major outburst of rage on December 2 after learning the results of the Referendum giving the winning numbers to the opposition. Thus, Chavez allegedly cried, and while his hair color was still wet threw a punch against the wall thus causing injury to his right hand. It is interesting that many pictures released to the press are cropped:
I would like to thank those of you who follow the news in Venezuela, and reported the Referendum election as it was happening. A special thanks to the Washington Post for allowing readers to make comments to their news and opinion articles which provide all sides of the story.
Venezuelans are trying to recuperate from last Sunday where emotions were deep, troubling, reaching despair when Reuters announced at around 6:00 PM that the infamous leader was ahead in the votes. Then, the faces of victory started to show on the opposition leaders even though no one could announce the results prior to Chavez's Consejo Nacional Electoral. Please check my blog postings of December 2, 2007.
Venezuelans may be planning to impeach the infamous leader by 2009. I will continue to report on my blog news from Venezuela as needed.
I just would like to make people aware of issues that need to be taken care of to improve and enhance our lives
