Urgent: Is Hugo Chavez threatening to cheat on the upcoming presidential elections?

Violence! Two opposition leaders were shot dead during a campaign caravan by a group allegedly supporting Hugo Chavez!

While the crowds seem to be way larger in support of opposition candidate Henrique Capriles Radonski the outrage that infamous Hugo Chavez maybe ready to cheat the results is of urgent matter.Venezuelan civil society groups continue to raise security concerns while presidential campaign closes with opposition rising in polls.

VENEZUELAN CIVIL SOCIETY GROUPS CONTINUE TO RAISE SECURITY CONCERNS WHILE PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN CLOSES WITH OPPOSITION RISING IN POLLS.
In a renewed effort to alert the world of the dangers inherent in the Presidential elections in Venezuela, a group of NGO’s and Bar Associations sent a letter to the Secretary General of the United Nations, Mr. Ban Ki-moon, warning of their deep concern for the growing climate of unrest caused by threats made by President Hugo Chavez. Lieutenant Colonel Chavez has repeatedly stated that only he can “guarantee peace” in Venezuela and that “a civil war could break out” in that country if he does not win the elections of October 7th.
While a new series of polls released this week indicate that Chavez still has a chance of re-election, they also illustrate that every single well-known polling firm agrees that the only candidate that has been rising in voter intention numbers is opposition candidate Henrique Capriles.
For example, Capriles was cheered by tens of thousands of enthusiastic followers earlier this week during one of the public closing campaign rallies, held at Chavez’s home state of Barinas. This is the first time that a Presidential candidate appears to be defeating Hugo Chavez is his own turf.
Furthermore, Capriles is helding closing campaign events in almost every single Venezuelan state during this week. The final event will take place this Sunday in Caracas.

Venezuelans have hope that the opposition candidate Henrique Capriles Radonski will be the new president, but worry about Hugo Chavez’s algorithms manipulating the results of the election. The International Court of Justice, busy at it is, should make time to prosecute Hugo Chavez for fraud if the alleged algorithms and open violation of the vote are true.
Venezuelans need help from world leaders, and the International Court of Justice, to resolve abuse of power in Venezuela and restore democracy.
