Venezuelan protester Franklin Brito may be near death as a result of his hunger strike and needs the assistance of the International Red Cross. Mr. Brito protested in 2009 in the Organization of American States offices in Caracas where he was removed by force by Chavez’s government.

Ambassador Diego Arria continues to denounce in Europe Hugo Chavez’s abusive government.
