Chavez's persecution against international observers

Globovision reports that former President of Bolivia Jorge Quiroga was removed as international observer in the election to take place on December 2 as explained in the attached link:

Please know that former President Quiroga was dining with the editor of newspaper El Nacional Miguel Henrique Otero, and other personalities when Chavez's police and their typical motorcycle thugs arrived by force and disrupted the event. There was chaos for a while until Globovision arrived to report "live" the events.

In other matters, Venezuelan students report that attendees to Chavez's march last Friday were paid Bs 80,000 (about $20) each to participate.
