Warning of possible fraud in the State of Anzoategui

It seems that Chavez may be already manipulating the electronic votes. There are reports from the state of Anzoategui that there are new forms to vote different from the ones everyone already has adding one more point to manipulate for the vote for Chavez:
> ULTIMO INFORME> > SE AGREGA LAMINA DONDE SE INDICA INTENCION DE VOTO ENTRE QUIENES> "DEFINITIVAMENTE VAN A VOTAR".... Y SE CORRIGE ERROR DE REDACCION EN> LA LAMINA 21 ("La opción del SI...").
