Chavez's and the release of FARC hostages

Attached below please find link to opinion letter "Que Buena Voluntad" written by former Venezuelan Congressman Raul Leoni criticizing Chavez's intervention for the release of the FARC hostages. Mr. Leoni says that the FARC members are experts in kidnapping and releasing hostages, and that Chavez's intervention is just a show. Mr. Leoni also says that Chavez may think that observers are just stupid and can not see beyond to what he is actually doing.
