Chavez's severe foreign exchange controls

Perhaps Chavez's controls who can access the infamous government agency Comision de Administracion de Divisas - CAVIDI. As I said yesterday "Cavidi's Internet site usually works on a sixty-percent capacity blocking a large percentage of those interested in business trading to spend days trying to access the infamous site."

El Universal newspaper reports that an opposition newspaper is unable to buy foreign currency to obtain printing paper "Opposition newspaper stops print edition for lack of US dollars"
