Is Chavez Freaking Out?

Please know that following Chavez's abusive order to deny the renewal of Radio Caracas Television (RCTV)'s broadcast license his popularity has gone down the drain as reported by El Universal:

Now, the deranged dictator is using the mandatory seizing of all media networks over five hours at a time talking!
