Chavez supports Al Bashir

If anyone had any doubt that Chavez is deranged his acceptance and support of Omar Al Bashir, the President of Sudan who has been charged by the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity, this move would be just the convincing point. In addition to his support Chavez has invited the mass murderer to visit Venezuela as reported by El Universal:
