Graffiti in Front of RCTV

To Whom It May Concern:

In the early 1990s I was invited to a private tour of Radio Caracas Television, and I was pleased to see how advanced, organized, and skillful were their employees. I had watched RCTV since I was born, and to see it facing a major crisis brought up by a megalomaniac and abusive dictator is very upsetting. Attached below please find pictures of the current graffiti all over the RCTV building.
