The attached link to article written by Ambassador Adolfo Taylhardat "Diplomacia Inmadura" highlights the major communication issues among the U.S. Ambassador to Venezuela, William Brownfield, and Venezuela's counterpart Foreign Minister Nicolás Maduro Moros,whose previous known career was as Metro bus driver:

It would help general communications if Chavez were to have trained diplomats in charge of Venezuela's interests.
