H E L P possible coup d’État in Venezuela

Revised
Dear Journalists,
Telemundo reports that there are over 4,000 Cuban soldiers strategically distributed all over Venezuela to defend the Hugo Chavez’s dictatorship. As you all may know, Hugo Chavez provides free oil, and a lot of funding to the Castro dictatorship. Thus, the Castros will have a lot to lose if or when the Venezuelan opposition restores democracy.
You may have seen a series of alleged disinformation broadcast to Venezuelan citizens by Hugo Chavez’s administration officials about his health which analysts claim include Photoshop edited pictures.
Former Organization of American States (O.A.S.) Panama’s Ambassador Guillermo Cochez denounced that Hugo Chavez has been brain dead since December 30, 2012 (http://www.ntn24.com/node/81079/).  So, all the reports that Hugo Chavez may be at the Military Hospital in Caracas may also be disinformation since no one is visiting him, and no one has seen him. This action could be delaying tactics by Hugo Chavez’s administration officials manipulated by Fidel and Raul Castro.
Ambassador Adolfo Taylhardat explains in details the alleged disinformation released by Hugo Chavez’s officials:

I know that most of my pleads for help have gone to deaf ears, but Venezuelans are in a lot of danger at this time. I am sending notices of this situation to the United States government, European Union, international organizations and everyone who could help Venezuelans in this terrible situation.
The International Court of Justice, busy at it is, should make time to prosecute Hugo Chavez, and his thugs who survive him, for fraud if the alleged algorithms and open violation of the vote are true.
Venezuelans need help from world leaders, and the International Court of Justice, to resolve abuse of power in Venezuela and restore democracy.
Cordially,
Maru Angarita
