Update 2: Venezuela's Political Disaster - February 25, 2008

Dear Journalists,

There are reports that the bomb that exploded at the Fedecamaras building in Caracas yesterday was politically motivated. It seems that Chavez insulted the president of Fedecamaras during his Sunday speech to nation. The man who was killed was the bomber himself, and had a document indicating that he may belong to the guerrilla group Tupamaros:

"El sujeto tenia era inspector ad honorem de la Policia Metropolitana, fue identificado como: Hector Eduardo Serrano Insp. ad honorem de la PM.

Polichacao tiene grabacion de la chapa y el carnet con el logo de la Alcaldia Mayor (presuntamente se trata de un tupamaro). Tambien grabamos un panfleto que se encontro en el sitio de la explosion, esta parcialmente quemado y con manchas de sangre, dice lo siguiente:

Republica bolivariana de Venezuela
Frente guerrillero venceremos
Ejercito izquierdista del pueblo
Comando central"
