Venezuela's Political Disaster - May 29, 2007
Dear Journalists,
Attached below please find link to pictures taken by the Venezuelan students protesting Chavez's actions against freedom of speech.
What Chavez is blocking Venezuelan citizens to see:

Please know that Chavez's abuse is not a matter like not paying the rent as certain Chavez's supporters are saying. Reporters Without Borders who have been following the events say that Chavez's ending of Radio Caracas Television (RCTV)'s license is politically motivated:

Quotable
"No media are being closed in Venezuela. This is a lie. Tell the truth! The only thing we have here is non-renewal of a license." Minister of Communication and Information William Lara, adding that the Venezuelan government is to file lawsuits against any media treating the case of RCTV as closure instead of the end of a broadcast license
So, Minister Lara, is RCTV open so we all can watch TV as nothing had happened against it?
Venezuelans need all the help from international organizations to restore freedom of speech in the hostage nation! Please help!
I invite you to please read Alexandra Beech's report "Venezuela in Crisis" posted on my blog and my recent postings. Please know that I will update my blog as needed, but may only send one e-mail daily.
Cordially,
Maru Angarita
