Be Aware of Chavez's election polls

Dear Journalists,
Hugo Chavez announced that he may return to Venezuela in the next few days.
Ambassador Adolfo Taylhardat explained that Hugo Chavez’s conducting presidential business from Cuba is in violation of the Venezuelan constitution’s article 234:

It is outrageous that the infamous leader prefers to heal himself in Cuba where he allegedly flies top doctors to cure him.   He spends whatever amounts of money taking care of his health in complete disregard of Venezuelan citizens’ health care.  While Chavez’s health circus is taking place the National Guard attacked Venezuelan students who were peacefully protesting.  The following is unedited video from one of the participants:
Americas Forum reported on March 4, 2012 that Chavez’s supporters “fired shots at a crowd of Capriles supporters who were participating in a campaign march.”

Hugo Chavez says that he is candidate for the upcoming elections.  It is of utmost importance that international observers prosecute if Hugo Chavez rigs the election. Venezuelan citizens also need to be assured of clean democratic elections free of the alleged criminal algorithms cheating them of the results.
Fareed Zakaria, PhD from Harvard University reported in CNN GPS show the democratic elections in China after villagers protested land expropriations “The story began a few months ago when the villagers of Wukan protested against a land grab. These are not so uncommon in China. Corrupt officials often snatch privately held agricultural plots and then sell them to developers for high prices.”  The situation seems similar to Hugo Chavez’s expropriations.  You can read the full story on the transcript:

Venezuelans need help from world leaders, and the International Court of Justice, to resolve abuse of power in Venezuela and restore democracy.
