According to Foreign Policy magazine, Caracas, Venezuela has made the List of the most violent city in the world: Murder Capitals of the World:

As long as infamous Chavez continues spreading his thug, and so boring message perhaps the only ones taking advantage of his pathetic revolution are sociopaths. Venezuelans need to encourage "evolution" and get out of this terrible situation where every citizen is affected. Today, a student leader was assassinated, and reports say that he suffered over 20 bullets in his body:
