No foreign news in Venezuela?

There are reports that cable television companies in Venezuela may be removing foreign news channels from their services. In the meantime, former metro bus drive nominated Minister of Foreign Affairs by infamous Chavez rejects violations of human rights in Venezuela as reported by the 2007 Report of the OAS Inter-American Commission on Human Rights:
