Paranagua and published on this date on www.lemonde.fr reporting that Chavez's protegé Evo Morales, newly elected President of Bolivia, is looking for legalizing the cocaine trade, including the 2,500 tons of cocaine sold in Argentina in the black markets. So, is this the reason why Chavez is pushing so hard to be an active member of Mercosur?
